Jason Harris is the managing partner of the firm’s Phoenix office.  He handles both Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases.Jason handles a wide array of injury cases resulting from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability claims and industrial accidents.  He has extensive knowledge of U.S. Department of Transportation Regulations, Electronic Control devises, GPS systems, and OSHA violations.  He has worked with experts in the field of tractor-trailer collisions, gas exposures, and work place injuries.Jason completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and law school at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  While attending law school, Jason received numerous awards for his exceptional oratory and advocacy skills. While in law school Jason earned the rare privilege of being admitted to practice law, under MCR 8.12, while working at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, MI.Jason is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
