My highly annoying neighbor killed my delicate lilies with his water hose! Just to be malicious! I had a difficult time controlling myself and I banged him on the head with a trash can lid. Needless to say, he called the police. (I am now in anger management classes) Anyway, this may have been a strange case but I found him to be very responsive and almost always available via phone.
