We found Jason Carrozza of Family Legal Partners, P.C. at a difficult time in our lives. We were from out of town and needed a lawyer who could help to settle the estate of our beloved aunt. With great patience and skill, Mr. Carrozza personally guided us through the process, pointing out flaws and potential pitfalls that we were able to avoid with his help. He navigated the intricacies of the probate process with the assurance of a seasoned professional, referring us to other specialists along the way to help with real estate liquidation. His concerned and caring guidance every step of the way made this difficult process nearly effortless for us. In the end the estate was settled smoothly and without incident, to everyone’s complete satisfaction. We are grateful to Jason Carrozza and would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone needing family and estate planning. In fact, our next project will be to have him draw up our wills!
I contacted Family Legal Partners to initiate a will. I had some thoughts and questions and after speaking with Jason I felt very comfortable about the process. Jason was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Jason answered all my questions and provided guidance and advice where needed. I highly recommend Jason Carrozza and Family Legal Partners and in the future would not hesitate contacting Family Legal Partners for legal advice.
My wife and I are retired and moved from another state to Massachusetts three years ago. We had done estate planning in our previous state, but knew we had to have everything reviewed and redone upon becoming Massachusetts residents. We did not know who to hire for this new phase of legal work, and although it was necessary, we quite frankly were dreading the process. Fortunately, a neighbor friend referred us to Attorney Jason Carrozza and that turned out to be a great favor. After meeting with Jason we hired him to handle many things for us, including our will, health care proxies, POA documents, and two Trusts. Jason not only does a great job as the knowledgeable professional he is, but provides a lot more. The additional aspects that differentiate Jason from other attorneys is that he practices his profession with understanding, empathy, patience, and a notably sincere interest in our needs and concerns. Together we went through several alternatives before deciding the best route for us, and Jason clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He relates easily and well, and at each step it truly felt to us like a team effort with Jason. In the end we can truly say that our experience with Jason has been completely positive and comfortable, and he carefully explained everything and guided us during the entire process. As our lawyer he proved to be a true professional, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated. As a person he is also likable and easy to relate to. We enthusiastically recommend Jason to anyone seeking an excellent lawyer who cares about his clients. Charles, from Franklin
Jason helped me navigate what could have been a very complicated probate process. Someone at the local funeral home recommended Family Legal Partners to me, and I am so thankful they did! I wanted to post a review for anyone else that may benefit from help during a stressful time. I won't go into too many details, but a few of my complications included: - my sister and her husband died within 10 days of each other - I live across the country (in Oregon) - this happened right at the start of the COVID pandemic Jason helped me through the process and find the best way to navigate things, openly explaining options/tradeoffs along the way. He and his partners were such a big help during a difficult time!
After a couple of false starts trying to establish an estate plan, we were most fortunate when an acquaintance recommended using Family Legal Partners for this purpose. From our initial consultation to the final delivery of our Family Living Trust documents, working with Jason was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. His professional acumen, guidance with helping us understand complex legal jargon, and rapid response to all of our questions and concerns by far exceeded our expectations for what this process entailed. For anyone in need of creating an estate plan, you can’t go wrong enlisting the services rendered by Family Legal Partners.
Jason did an estate plan and wills for me and my wife when we lived in Massachusetts. Then we decided to move to Indiana to be closer to our grandchildren. Jason suggested that I have an Indiana attorney check his work to ensure it was proper for Indiana. I followed his advice and my Indiana attorney paid him the highest complement. He said the Jason's work was excellent and there was little he could do to improve it. A compliment from your piers is the highest compliment of all.
Jason provided exceptional guidance during the mediation process; and provided us with everything we need to successfully navigate thru the process.
I first met with Attorney Jason Carrozza regarding estate planning seven months after my husband’s sudden death. During those first seven months, I had engaged two other attorneys, both of whom proved to be incompetent and/or generally incapable of grasping what I needed to be done. I was frustrated and discouraged when my accountant suggested I make an appointment with Jason. I placed great faith in my accountant’s judgement and his judgement proved sound. I was immediately impressed by Jason’s quiet demeanor and his ability to listen. He was calm and focused. I felt safe with him. I could ask a stupid question, maybe the same question two or three times, without ever once sensing judgement or annoyance. He was responsive to all emails and phone calls. He was quick to initiate contact with me if he didn’t understand exactly what I meant or wanted. In short, I always felt I mattered. That was really important to me. Through his sheer mastery of the field, his utter competency, he gave me the ability to make informed decisions in structuring my will and trust. He didn’t tell me what to do but rather said - if you do this, this is the outcome; if you do that, that is the outcome. No agenda on his part, just the facts. With these facts, I was able to make an informed decision based on my life circumstances and my values. In short, what was right for me. I felt his fees were incredibly reasonable. Knowing that I had already spent quite a bit on other attorneys, knowing that all of that work had to be redone, he was even more than reasonable. With confidence, I have recommended him to friends who were in difficult life circumstances knowing that they would be in good hands. And isn’t that what everyone wants when sorting out life’s serious issues, when making decisions that will drastically effect the lives of those we love? We want to be in good hands. It’s that simple. With Attorney Jason Carrozza, I was in good hands. Jean Foxborough, MA
Jason did my estate planning and helped me with a tricky contempt matter. He was at all times genuinely kind and helpful, quick to respond to all my questions, compassionate and patient when I was anxious, eagle-eyed and thorough when it came to legal provisions--and he did all this while helping me save money on legal costs. I never felt alone or unsupported, and what could have been a frightening and expensive proceeding turned out to be neither because of his help. I highly recommend Jason and his entire practice. If I need legal help again, I'd hire him in a second.
The quality services (Divorce, Custody of minor, Wills and setting up Estate Plan) I received at from Mr. Carrozza were remarkable. From the initial meeting, he was very responsive to my calls, questions, and concerns. All issues were handled professionally and timely. Billing rates VERY fair and he offered to work with me by putting me on the payment plan! I would recommend Jason Carrozza at Family Legal Partners.
