My wife and I hired Jason to handle a lawsuit where a repair shop caused significant damage to my truck ($14k+) and refused to do anything about. Throughout the whole case, Jason was a role model for honesty, integrity and true legal knowledge. He's down to earth so you don't feel overwhelmed talking to him; however, his legal knowledge and drive to stand up for what is right is completely unmatched. The time spent during our lawsuit was very stressful because we didn’t have money to fix my truck properly; yet, it was comforting to know that we had the truth and an extremely competent and knowledgeable attorney on our side. Our case ended up going to trial and not only did we win but Jason mopped the floor with their well respected attorney of 20+ years. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone that I hear of needing an attorney.
I retained Jason to represent me in an appeal of a criminal conviction. Jason not only took the time to thoroughly review the 600 pages of prosecutor evidence (which he later determined was worthless) he uncovered simple facts that my original attorney overlooked and/or ignored. As part of his preparation prior to the trial, Jason took the time to consult with another attorney to affirm his own legal research as a due diligence check. My past experience with other attorneys on other legal matter is they were too arrogant to even consider consulting an outside attorney to confirm their work product. His work and preparation ensured the case was dismissed PRIOR TO THE APPEAL. His thorough preparation saved me a significant amount of time, money, and effort going to trial, as well as convincingly proving to the appeals court I was wrongly prosecuted from the outset. As a result of his efforts, I have never been convicted of any crime and rightfully so. The result of his efforts was my ability to continue in my 30 year career field and keep my dignity. Jason has shown me to be top-notch attorney which I believe is a result of his background experiences. He looked at the legal question from a perspective which most other attorneys couldn't even consider. Finally, Jason kept me fully informed of his preparation, work product, and even answered my numerous phone calls and e-mail requests in a timely and courteous manner.
