Bradley University almost crashed my FNP dream. I tried to talk to them, but they kept pushing me around. I contacted Mr. Bach's office, who stepped in. Now I have graduated from thiscallenging journey with Bradley and look forward to continuing my destined journey. I thank Mr. Bach and his team for making this possible because I thought the school had me, and I had no recourse.
I am a doctor and I had a problem during my training, after I exhaust all ways to try to solve it with the program, I had no other option than talking to a lawyer. I did talk to few lawyers before Jason who said I have no case, until I talked to Jason who looked carefully at my evidence and he said he can help me. He did big time, we reached an agreement before trial with the university that I was very happy about. I would recommend Jason to anyone I know and for sure to any student/ doctor in training who runs into any education problem that he thinks its unsolvable. I should also mention that Sandra been amazing and very responsive Thank you very much , great team !
Mr. Bach and his associate successfully represented my case. I was very satisfied with the amount of support given and continued communication through out the process. I know that I would not have been given a fair chance with out legal assistance and reaching out to this firm was the best decision I could have made. Hopefully I won't need legal assistance again, but in the case that I do I know just the team to call! A big thanks to Jason Bach and all his wonderful associates!
Jason Bach and team were nothing shy of amazing start to finish. The length of my case was 5 months because, unfortunately, my educational institution drug this case out. Every scheduled phone appointment was timely and not rushed, Mr. Bach answered every question. The team's email responses were consistently prompt (usually less than 2 hours) with professionalism second to none. The commitment of this team exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this team to my closest friends and family. The Bach Law Firm's research in my case, along with their direct correspondence to opposing counsel was strong, experienced, and polished. The calm and empathetic demeanor of this team offered strong emotional support to me during a time of distress and I am ever grateful for the Bach Law Firm.
He was really a good lawyer! Throughout the entire process, he and his staff were always available to answer any of my questions and were always quick to respond. And at the end of the day, he accomplished exactly what we set out to, and made it possible to continue/finish my education, which I truly can't thank him enough for.
I hired Jason Bach and The Bach Law Firm to resolve a professional dispute for me. Unfortunately, the other side was unreasonable and despite Mr. Bach’s repeated efforts, and the case ended up in court. Jason and the Bach team were very diligent and thorough litigating the case. While we continuously attempted to settle, my case ended up at trial. Jason was very prepared and did a great job at trial, which we recently won. Because of the court system, it took a couple of years for us to get to trial. During that entire process, I found Jason and his team to be extremely competent as aggressive advocates and kept me informed the entire way. What most impressed me about his firm was that he personally went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed and met. I previously had worried about unnecessary expenses and surprise bills and I was pleasantly surprised at their transparency and communication around strategies, costs and research options. I would strongly recommend Jason Bach and his team to anyone in need of their services.
Mr. Bach and his wonderful support staff (especially Angie and Anne) were amazing to work with during an extremely trying time. I had never reached out to a lawyer before so I was pretty nervous going into the situation but Mr. Bach quickly alleviated my concerns. He was down to earth, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and even had a sense of humor! When we were short on time to meet demands, Mr. Bach and his staff worked through the weekend tirelessly to ensure we would have everything accomplished in time. I can’t even articulate how pleased I am with my experience. I’ll be sure to recommend your services to anyone else in need! Thanks for everything!!!!
As a parent it is a very stressful time when your child is facing disciplinary action that would delay or prevent their graduation. As an education major your child is reliant upon a recommendation from the school to obtain certification. Without that recommendation 4 years invested pursuing a dream is at risk. In our case our child's future was in the hands of the Department Lead who did not even have the required credentials to evaluate our student. As a parent you want to do anything you can to support your child. We were angry and wanted to blast the Institution and Department Lead who was unfairly evaluating our daughter to the point of accusing her of plagiarism. All from what we could best determine was a personality conflict. Fortunately, before we acted we did a google search for a law firm that could provide direction on how best to approach this crisis. We found there were multiple law firms offering their services to Educational Institutions, but very few on targeting students navigating this process. We feel very fortunate to have contacted Jason Bach. From the time we contacted the firm and worked with Angie (Administrator for firm) we were supported with outstanding advice. Jason reviewed all our information before we spoke to him and was prepared to lay out options and put together a plan to rectify this situation at our initial consultation. It started with an internal appeal and concluded with filing litigation. We had a plan to navigate an environment where we were at a disadvantage of not knowing the process. With that plan we were more comfortable navigating the process. Fortunately the appeal process was successful and our situation was rectified after the first step in the process. The $250 we spent for a consultation was the best investment we could of made. That one hour consultation put our child back on the path to pursue their dream of begin a special education teacher. Thank you Jason and Angie!
Mr. Bach and his team were vigilant, articulate, and effective in assisting me with an incredibly difficult experience with a graduate school. While the results were not exactly as hoped for, it was successful and a hard won fight that never would have happened without his expertise and incredible follow-through (both his and Angie's). Before this, I had no idea education lawyers existed, but his work was impeccable and knowledgeable. He was sensitive to the details of my case to see the situation clearly and was able to work smartly to come to an agreement for me to be able to move forward in my education and career. I am grateful for their work.
Hi Mr. Bach, he and his team assisted. I was dismissed from graduate school and Mr. Bach sent a letter to get the judgement overturned and the school reversed their decision.
