About
I enjoy learning the law. I hope I never begin to treat my practice solely as a business. I have three children and a beautiful wife. My favorite book is Les Miserable. I love the ocean and occasionally miss the beaches of San Diego where I grew up. I look forward to meeting you.

I've used Mr Anderson on three occasions. The third time I used him, the landlord was trying to evict my nightclub from the building because they wanted to lease the space to a much larger company. At trial Mr Anderson proved the landlord had falsified utility charges so they could pretend we were in default when we weren't. With his help we forced the landlord to buy our lease instead of being bullied out of the building for nothing. I thought he handled our case very well.
I consulted with Mr. Anderson about filing a bankruptcy. He advised me to wait for two years until some taxes I owed could be discharged. I found him easy to talk to and appeared to care about what was best for me.
Jason has an incredibly calm demeanor, he listens to your needs, and acts on them accordingly. You won't find a more honest lawyer in Seattle. I would greatly recommend him.
Smart guy here, if a bit on the not so time responsiev side or not always focused on one thing alone(your case) when one is in his office. But if you can be forgiving interruptions like glances at the computer screen other people's issues while you are in the office talking to him about your case, or, people in the office freely interrupting your session with him by stopping at the door and talking to him without apologizing, etc.--then, you could get a nugget or two from his good opinions and inputs when he is focused in-between other things that are going on. But overall, he is a good lawyer and Iw ould recommend him to anyone, and have. Fix the focus thing and he is on his way to become an excellent lawyer.
I went and met Mr. Anderson for a free 30 min consultation regarding professional negligence, he had no problem spending quite a bit more time discussing the details 2+ hours he spoke with me. I left feeling appreciative and optimistic, he kept my paperwork to look over the holiday week, just to familiarize himself with my case. Awsome rite? Wrong..... after 6 months of numerous emails and voice messages, I finally caught him by phone to make a follow up appt. He offered no explanation for the non-communication, and that appt he set never happend. Now its been another 6 months (over a year now total) Ive called and emailed repeatedly with no response. Last week I called from a private number and he answered ...scheduled a time for me to come meet him to get my documents. The morning before we were scheduled to meet I spoke with him again and he asked to reschedule, saying he was having breakfast with colleague of his who was interested about my case the next morning and wanted to have the paperwork to show him. Well .... I guess after so long of not hearing a word from him I shouldnt have agreed to reschedule, needless to say I didnt hear back from him and he surely hasnt responded to emails or calls. He seemed genuinely interested in my situation I really didnt expect this type of conduct- Im obviously mad...
The biggest issue for this guy is very unresponsive (never responded to your email, calls) during his representation for this one year. Somewhat careless, and forgetful.
Jason did not give the bankruptcy court our new address and he did not give the court our change of income even when we gave him 21 days notice of our address and income change to our court.
