I'm a third generation immigration lawyer working in our family firm. We've concentrated on immigration since the 1940s and developed expertise in employment- and family-based immigration. I'm happy to carry on the tradition of knowledge, innovation, and customer service. We maintain a high attorney to staff ratio, so clients' communications are answered by our attorneys and thoroughly at that. In my personal practice I have focused on H-1 nonimmigrant visas, PERM labor certification applications, and I-140 petitions for and by aliens of extraordinary ability and multinational managers. I also specialize in applicants adjusting their status using the now-sunset Section 245(i). I have also devoted a large amount of time to assisting victims of immigration services fraud, whether by licensed or unlicensed practitioners. Through chairing AILA committees on this topic and participating in New York City and State government panels and committees, I am working to further the focus on this issue and protect New York consumers from harm.

I can't thank enough mr. Jason. to me he is like our Family immigration Lawyer since 2001 when he just started practice. anything we need help on immigration matter he is the only one choice we have. my Mom was cancer patient and treated with Chem/Radiation therapy in INDIA, lots of our friends and Family said it will be hard she gets Visa.but Mr. Jason made process very smooth, easy and in timely manner. its been more than 3 years Now, my Mom is here i'm Happy and no more international trips. i seriously say God Bless Mr. Jason for Helping on this critical situation we were going thru.off Course all lawyer charge money but you won't get personnel advise from everyone. i Definitely recommend Mr. Jason for Any immigration needs.
