She will say that she is "blunt" but that's an excuse for being just flat out disrespectful. She spoke down to me throughout the entire case and even reprimanded my parents like they were children. She is unorganized, scattered and very tardy with time sensitive items. Careless in so many ways. Over charged and double charged on multiple occasions.
