In addition, she would charge me several times for reading the SAME documents PRIOR to consultations. I obviously agree lawyers should get paid for their time for things like this, but it happened several times when documents didn't change and I felt her approach was somewhat deceiving. Because I was in (what I thought at the time) a delicate situation (which now I'm realizing wasn't ANYYHING to ever worry about in the first place), instead of having clarity and a sense of ease, I would almost always leave my "consultations" with her feeling more stressed and fearful. I felt I had to keep coming back for more consultations, and it ended up being insanely expensive for no reason other than I had to keep reminding her of previously reviewed documents. Just another small example is that she charged me $75 dollars for a 6 minute phone call, where I only asked her to confirm the deadline that was outlined on the USCIS website.... I would never recommend her services to anyone
