In the end my case went to trial and I cannot say enough about Attorney O'brien and his confident and cool demeanor, his ability to maintain authoritative presence in the courtroom and ability to think on his feet. All of this showed to me the detail and care that it took to prepare the case for trial. Without a doubt Attorney O'brien is talented attorney and fantastic attorney to take a case to trial. I had an ongoing placement and child support dispute with my son's Mother, and I finally decided that I needed to hire an attorney. Although Kellen reached this agreement, he made it clear to me that he was prepared to go to court if I was not satisfied with the final resolution. Kellen was respectful, responsive to my emails and calls, and genuinely concerned about my son's welfare. Probst Law firm provided timely and reasonable billings to my account without inflating expenses. Legal assistant Susan Krause and the other office staff was always responsive, polite and respectful.
