I am a Family Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California, devoting my practice exclusively to family law and specializing in no-court divorce. I have been practicing law since 1992, and family law exclusively since 1995. I am trained in Collaborative Law by the Santa Clara County Collaborative Law Association (now Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley), in the interdisciplinary method of Collaborative Practice by Collaborative Divorce, and in mediation by Gary Friedman of the Center for Mediation in Law. I limit my practice to the mediation and collaborative practice methods of assisting families going through divorce, post-divorce matters, and other family law matters, because I believe that these methods give a better result with less impact on the family.
