Jane Ebisch is an incredible attorney! Every bit of her advice pertaining to elder care issues were right on. She told me what I needed to hear and she was thoroughly prepared in the courtroom. I live out of state and I needed the best representation possible and I got it with Jane. Thanks to Jane, mom now has great care and I have peace of mind.
We live in Maryland, and Jane kept us grounded through two years of contentious litigation in Denver between my husband's siblings regarding their mother's mental competence and her assets. We were pulled in many directions by the other parties, but Jane's extensive experience and expert advice saved us from an enormous amount of frustration and expense. When the case ended up entirely favoring one sibling, Jane gave us a lead on a wonderful organization that is helping us to support my husband's sister in lieu of any inheritance. While we have never met Jane in person, her interactions with us have been unfailingly friendly and professional. We are forever grateful to her and would give her 10 stars if we could!
I was involved in a very difficult and complicated probate situation in which Jane was able to skillfully navigated me through. She was able to bring the other party who had previously been very hostile and unwilling to cooperate to the table, and reach a settlement. She was also able to help shed light on not only the legal aspects of the situation but to provide sound and logical thoughts on the entire issue, this helped me stay grounded throughout the entire event. I was never able to meet Jane in person, but I feel very fortunate to have had her help in my time of need.
I hired Jane Ebisch regarding a difficult probate matter. I am pleased with the outcome of my case and feel that her professionalism, knowledge, strategies, communication skills and supportive demeanor contributed to a positive experience overall. Jane Ebisch helped me through a very difficult journey and I am grateful that I made the decision to hire her.
I met Jane several years ago when I needed help with a family situation. Not only did I find a great lawyer but a wonderful friend. Jane was always a top notch professional and very knowledgeable attorney but also a very comfortable person to be around. You won't find a better attorney in her area of expertise. Thanks for everything Jane!
I am retired from the Denver Police Department and the Denver District Attorney's office and know many defense lawyers. I was referred to Jane Ebisch because of her expertise in civil matters. My parents (currently ages 90 and 93) had another lawyer prepare Power of Attorney,Will, Living Will, etc. for them in 1999. In January, 2013, we discovered that all of the previously prepared documents were deficient due to errors by that attorney. Ms. Ebisch immediately provided sound legal advice and guidance. Further, she prepared valid Power of Attorney and related documents for my father, and filed for Conservatorship for my mother who is suffering from Dementia. Jane was able, in a very reasonable time frame, to correct the previous errors and resolve all of the issues that had arisen. She was extremely thorough, thoughtful and professional. I was very fortunate to find Ms. Ebisch and have been very pleased with her knowledge, work ethic and performance.
Ms. Ebisch has represented me in both an estate resolution and a corporate contractual dispute. In both instances her representation was excellent and the outcomes were positive. Jane has a keen intellect and genuine understanding of all the nuances entwined in litigation. I give her my highest recommendation and assure that she can be trusted to represent her clients with great skill and integrity.
Jane helped me get my life back after being wrongfully accused and denied due process. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. She did all the necessary background work to ensure a successful outcome and she always made herself available for me even on short notice.
Jane is extremely knowledgeable about the law, and is able to apply the law and likely outcomes in court to the specifics of one's case so that a client can make informed judgments about strategies. These attributes are the key to helping clients avoid pursuing issues or strategies that are not likely to yield beneficial results.
