I contacted Causey Law earlier this year seeking assistance with an L&I claim I'd been personally navigating for 2.5 years. I originally spoke with Kit Case who put me in touch with Brooks Lynch. Both are para legals with the firm and Kit was leaving on holiday, so Brooks became my contact person. From the first phone call and contact with, I believe, Mike, in reception, every contact was professional, personal and encouraging. Brooks went beyond what I would have expected for a complimentary consultation. I know he spent hours reviewing my case; accessing L&I records online; and consulting with Jane Dale & Reed Johnson, attorneys at the firm. I never had contact with Jane or Reed personally, but in order to praise the other staff at Causey, I needed to put in an attorney's name, and Jane was gracious enough to provide the conduit for my review. Brooks was instrumental in guiding me through the final stages of my claim with L&I. After almost 3 years of hoop jumping with L&I, I was told the claim was closed and there would be no compensation in spite of their finding permanent partial disability. I was not willing to roll over and walk away. Every assessment I'd had contradicted with the findings of 3 separate Independent Medical Exams through L&I, and I was trying to insure fair compensation after 30 years in the dental hygiene field resulting in profound disability to continue my chosen profession, the assessment and advice Brooks gave me was invaluable. I was able to appeal the decisions of L&I and ultimately receive a more just settlement based on permanent partial disability. I had several phone calls and emails with Brooks, and am grateful for his professional integrity and expertise, not to mention his personality and genuine concern for helping me. In the long run I was only able to "finish up" with L&I because Brooks confirmed my plan was the best option to insure the maximum settlement for myself without spending many more months and expense on something that had already dragged on way too long. I would highly recommend Brooks and the rest of the team at Causey Law. I'd had brief consultations with others in the legal field concerning my situation, and this was by far the very best experience. Kudos to Brooks and Kit and everyone there. Fine job!

I would highly recommend Brooks and the rest of the team at Causey Law. I'd had brief consultations with others in the legal field concerning my situation, and this was by far the very best experience. Kudos to Brooks and Kit and everyone there. Fine job!
