Her pleadings were drafted incorrectly for a criminal contempt case. She didn’t do a good job laying out the evidence for contempt through my direct exam, my fiancée came to the hearing to offer supporting testimony, she decided not to call her. Her cross examination was totally unprepared. And she faces the worst closing argument I have ever heard. At one point she tried remove her mask claiming she couldn’t breathe. She nice to be a nice lady, she has a good mission. But she appeared to provide highly ineffective assistance.
