In addition to participating in these activities, she made time in her studies to work three jobs while attending NCC.After completing the College Transfer program at Nash Community College, she attended North Carolina Wesleyan College where she graduated Cum Laude and received her B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science. While at NCWC she developed a passion for political science and joined the political science honor society, Pi Sigma Alpha. In her final semester, her dreams became a reality when she was accepted into North Carolina Central University School of Law.At NCCU, she continued to be an active participant in campus activities. She was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, but devoted most of her time to the Pro Bono program, which allowed her to help people who were less fortunate and in need of legal assistance. Jammie Lynn Wacenske handled the collection of a judgment that has been pending for 11 years. She was energetic and relentless until the problem was solved. She kept me up to date on her actions and negotiations in the case. Excellent results!
Jammie Wacenske prepared the documents for my will and was attentive and detail oriented. She thoroughly answered my questions and walked me through the whole process.
Jammie is knowledgeable and bright. She was very attentive to detail and answered all my questions in person, by phone or email promptly. I highly recommend her.
Jammie was able to get a speeding ticket I received for going 80 in a 55 reduced to a vehicle violation. She was very courteous and was able to explaine the procedures and the outcome of my ticket in terms that I could understand. I will call her again if I need assistance if any kind.
I consulted with this attorney about an estate issue and instead of saying she didn't handle this type of case she continued to talk about something she didn't know about. There were many "ummms" in the conversation while she was clearly trying to figure out what to say. Very unprofessional. I was placed on hold so she could go ask a colleague how to respond because she didn't know what she was talking about. If you don't practice that type of law, you should be upfront and not advise someone incorrectly.
