I have been a trial lawyer at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson for 30 years. In that time, I have developed in depth knowledge of insurance law, ERISA, commercial matters, and products liability/toxic torts. I have conducted jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. I served as the manager of a captive insurer (ARIS) from 2011 until 2014. I am "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell, a Mountain States Super Lawyer and a Utah Legal Elite. I am very active in the legal community. I have been inducted into the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel, serve as the Utah representative for the Defense Research Institute, serve on the board of directors for the Utah Defense Lawyers Association, serve on the Utah State Bar Model Utah Jury Instruction Committee, and I am an active member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
