Mr. Wilkins has practiced Bankruptcy law for more than 30 years.  He primarily represents Debtors, but is also well qualified to represent Creditors.  His practice is in the area of Chapter 11 Reorganizations and Chapter 7 Liquidations.  He represents individuals, corporations and partnerships.  In addtion,  he is a litigator, for Plaintiffs and Defendants, in lawsuits that are filed in Bankruptcy Court.   Also, he is quite capable of handling appeals to the U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, or the U.S. Supreme Court.  In the past he has represented Chapter 7 Trustees and Creditor Commitees.
