Jim was able to convince the prosecutor not to charge me, and he was able to obtain a restraining order protecting me from further incident and ensuring that I could pick up my son safely. -Jim helped me navigate through two fraudulent child abuse accusations, both of which were declared "unfounded" by CPS workers. -I now have FULL PHYSICAL AND LEGAL CUSTODY of my son. He will be 2 years old in a couple of months. The most memorable moment I have of this case is when I was sitting on the witness stand, being cross examined by my accuser's shark of an attorney.
