He gave me two heavy binders of material and told me to read it. He should have read it. The Defense Attorney had stated in the material there had been witnesses and Jim had not bothered to read any material for my case and at the deposition when it was disclosed there were witnesses he said, "Witnesses, there were witnesses?" He quickly had an investigator conduct a very brief interview that was so biased that I knew I had to get away from Dwyer as quickly as possible. My new lawyer was fantastic. I should never have gone to Jim. There are some good PI lawyers in the city. Jim is not one of them.
