With over 13 years of experience in complex business matters, Jennifer acts as outside general counsel to businesses ranging from local startups to national companies. Jennifer provides advice on all day to day business matters, from corporate governance,contracts, licensing, financing, leasing, and the myriad other issues faced by your business.
