Graduate of the University of Texas Law School in 1990, where I was an Articles Editor on The Texas International Law Journal.  I have been in private practice for 27 years.  During that time I have handled over 10,000 real estate closings and formed hundreds of corporations.  In addition, I routinely appear in court on behalf of clients in a number of practice disciplines.
