Jim was great I don't know how I would've made it through this difficult time without him. I was falsely accused by my ex-partner of horrible behaviors. Jim defended me and believed me from the beginning. Jim helped me to understand this is a "process, " and it can take time, I just had to be patient. Jim and his assistant Beth put together a solid case that eventually led to 50/50 custody. This was not an easy case the other side was very obstructionist and made me out to seem like a monster. It was challenging to sit by and not lash out, Jim kept me grounded. Jim advised me that the truth would come out and I would be with my children again. Jim did not provide me with all of my options as his client. I was unaware of a Karon Waiver, I was the primary income earner, and I was never presented the option of having an "expert financial review" or "vocational evaluation" done on my Ex. I spoke to another Attorney who said I should have these two things done, and when I said that is what I wanted, my case was resolved very quickly and signed by the Judge about 3 weeks later. Jim is a very nice man, but I cannot recommend him as a Divorce Attorney.
