He is a great lawyer. I explained to him my bankruptcy case and provided him with all docs needed. He advised and directed me professionally. Story short, he knows what he is doing. Definitely I will recommend him to others.
James C. Warr is a very kind man that help my husband and I through a Chapter 13. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He handled our Ch. 13 from the first day to the last day with professionalism. I would highly recommend him.
We had hired a bankruptcy attorney from an online source, & ended up firing the attorney. Wife's union directed us to Mr. Warr. He was very thorough, patient, informative. We had a difficult Trustee for our bankruptcy, but Mr. Warr expertly walked the line between our concerns & the Trustee's need for additional information & documentation. Mr. Warr calmed me when I got upset at the process, politely & professionally. He gave us the facts, didn't sugarcoat anything. I do not know if he takes clients outside the unions he represents, but if does I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! Thank you, Mr. Warr, for helping us achieve our goals.
Due to an injury I could no longer work. I was self employed and lost just about everything. I contacted my wife's Union provided legal service to begin the bankruptcy. To avoid hurting my children I had to file chapter 13. Mr. Warr was very professional and complete in his handling of my case. Five years later the bankruptcy ended. At that point I hired Mr. Warr again to represent me to convince the court that due to my inability to work and my very limited assets I could not pay my daughters student loans that I consigned for. We were successful. I am 70 years old and Mr. Warr gave me my life back. Thank you so much.
Mr. Ware helped me through a complicated nerve wracking bankruptcy,I was glad to have went with him.He is very experienced.
We used this attorney for Bankruptcy. He was knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed of what to expect and that was reassuring.
He handle my bankruptcy i owed irs. I noticed they were not being paid told him many many times. He tells me not to worry they were served. Once my bankruptcy was done i start getting letters from irs telling me pay or they start taking out of my pay check. Now he wants 1500.00 more to reopen my case to he says to fix it. I have already paid him 2500. Why???? Do not use him
