Outstanding lawyer in a very reputable law firm. I hired Chris to help resolve a contract dispute whereby my end of the contract was not fulfilled. He was readily available, very intelligent and achieved a nice settlement for me. He reasons well and his communication skills are top notch. I could not have found a better attorney. He is highly recommended from my standpoint.
Me and my wife just came from a visit with Chris, Chris had answers to ALL our questions! He also charged us only for 45 minutes which is the amount of time we were with him. This is definitely unlike what other lawyers do! Also in the 45 minutes that we were with him, we got more than 2 hours worth of questions answered! I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone going into a real estate deal! He also gave us good and helpful tips that work to our benefit.
Chris Hatch helped me with a very unusual situation. A will had been signed in the presence of 2 witnesses. However, the notary claimed that since she was not a medical doctor, she could not determine someone of sound mind, and therefore crossed out those words on the will. Depositions for the witnesses did not prove helpful, as they were employees of the same bank as the notary and were not permitted to answer questions dealing with sound mind on the deposition. As the will proceeded directly as it would under heirs at law, we petitioned to invalidate the will. Although this issue had not been seen by him or his firm before, (or other lawyers who approached us after court), and after navigating a few bumps along the way, we are happy with the result and have been able to move forward with estate administration as the deceased had wished all along.
