I have practiced law for over 25 years in the area of workers' rights, including 3 years with the Benefits Review Board of the United States Department of Labor in Washington D.C. where I handled the review of claims decided under the Longshore and Harborworkers Compensation Act and Black Lung Act. For over 20 years I have practiced in Virginia handling cases under the Longshore and Harborworkers Compensation Act, and before the Social Security Administration, particularly disability claims.
