May be this days all asylum cases takes so long but once you got your interview appointment you will have a big rock behind your back.
I have known James Roberts for several years now. James Roberts is an excellent immigration lawyer in town. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to handle a very complex immigration case. James helped us resolve an extremely complex and old immigration case. Many thanks! I also referred to him several cases over the years, including family members and close friends, and he successfully handled all the cases. I strongly recommend James Roberts for immigration cases. On the opportunity side, the office manager is not easy to deal with. We did not have good experience dealing with her. Whenever we had to deal with her, we faced lots of stress. That is an opportunity for improvement. It is understandable people progress with experience and feedback. It is my hope that she may have improved by now.
Mr. James and the team(Mrs.Somia,Dalia,Tatiana and Arurora) have been always their to answer and clarify all my questions and concerns with a reasonable explanation till I got my approval. Thank you all..
He took our case from previous lawyers and rephrase every single statement. He helped us by condenser training. Was very polite and patient He office team also was the best
Dear Mr. Roberts, This is just a quick note to express my deep, sincere gratitude for your assistance regarding my asylum case. I am particularly grateful for you accompanying me yesterday to the interview. Thanks a lot for your closing remarks. I was very much captivated and impressed by them.
Mr. Roberts was my attorney in a green card process and it went as well as it can be.
The first appointment, they will give you so many promises and make the situation sounds very easy. I remember when my sister had her first interview, they told us that the officer will go easy on teenagers so they didn’t train her much because the lawyer was out of town. In addition, they didn’t have any evidence to support the case. Of course she got a rejection then her case went to the court. They asked for another $4000 and told us the same promises that they have their own way to make the case go faster. My sister started with them when she was 16 now she is 21 and she still doesn’t have any paperwork to go to school.
This office needs to be shut down please. James is very rude and unprofessional. Nobody deserves to be treated the way James treats clients. Somia and Dalia only care about your money. They are very incompetent and they will ruin your life here in America. Please I made a mistake going to them, but I'm trying to help others not to make the same mistake.
I Lost 7 years because off him or his office management my case didn't get corr
I was a customer of Mr. Roberts for several years. I had an asylum case. He just ruined my case by being careless and irresponsible. He did not prepare basic facts and documents for the case. When he was asked by the judge for these documents, he did not have any answers of why he did not have these documents in the file. In addition to this, he did not respect me as a client at all. The court's session was embarrassing because he and his assistants did not do their homework. His office was just a mess. Keep away and save your CASE, your DIGNITY, and your MONEY.
