We were completely satisfied with our representation by Mr. Rice. Not only was he professional and competent in our legal matters, but was able to make the minor involved in the complaint to feel comfortable and satisfied that her decisions were heard and addressed. I would refer anyone to him first if they were looking for an attorney. While court issues are usually not pleasant in nature, we came out of this feeling like our interests as well as the "defendant/father of infant" was also taken into account so that in the end, the infant will benefit from having both parents present in his life. We were never made any promises or delusions of what we were up against and felt he advised us according to the law. Thanks to Mr. Rice.
My lawyer did exactly what we needed to get a divorce...he made it simple and short and sweet...of course I would refer him andown use him in the future...very professional and made me feel like a close friend....great experience
I had two speeding tickets within 4 months and Mr. Rice was able to get both of them taken care of without me getting points added onto my license and without me having to go to driving school. He was very willing to help, kept me up to date with all my case information, and was quick to responding to all my questions. I was very happy to have him assist me!
Mr. Rice failed to keep me informed of anything regarding my case. He even failed to inform me of motions filed and court dates. Mr. Rice did not return phone calls or emails. He did not provide me with important documents pertaining to my case.
