Samantha E. Albrecht represents individuals throughout South Carolina in employment and civil law matters. Her practice areas include workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, whistleblower protection, civil rights law and common law torts. Employment law is Samantha’s primary focus. She represents employees in both the public and private sectors including state employees, school district employees, teachers, and private sector workers. Samantha also represents clients in cases outside of employment law including students in education cases.Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she fell in love with South Carolina when she began her undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina. Samantha transferred back home to Northern Illinois University to finish her undergraduate degree in Political Science intending to return to South Carolina when she began her career. Samantha joined Cromer Babb Porter & Hicks, LLC as an associate in 2017.
