I met Atty. Perry in August and called on him to represent me for a Show Cause and Child Reduction hearing in December. While he made me no promises, he said he would do what he could to get me a fair hearing, and did so. In fact, he was able to get me a Request for Modification scheduled for the same court date which saved me a lot of time, anguish and money. Even though my child support was reduced, it is high for my current income and other obligaitons, Thanks to Atty. Perry, now I can at least afford gas for school and work, and food. He did not overcharge me and responded to my questions. I felt a little weird that he didn' think it was necessary for me ot meet him personally before court.l But I was okay with that because I spoke to him by phone and had met him personally in the past three months.
