More than that; he used timing to our favor when filing for restraining orders and such; even (with my expressed permission) worked with my ex-husband to help us beat this psycho who intervened. He nailed it every single time he had to deal with opposing council. Jim was very clear, professional, and even fun to work with. He had my back when I was too stressed and worried to have my own. When I would send scared and belligerent emails, he was calming and clear in all his replies. Never misrepresenting the truth, never making me feel bad for being irrational if I was being emotional. Even now, when modifications need to be taken care of in the decree, he is sure to explain things clearly and gives me my options clearly- even pointing out when I am not seeing the full picture. He has somehow managed to keep my ex-husband liking him and understanding me while getting my ex to give me more money (that takes some skill). His staff is amazing and prompt.
