I have used Jim as our family attorney for over 25 years. I have referred 8 new clients to him during that time, and most of them are still with him, the exceptions being those that moved out of the area or passed on. This so-called lawyer sends legal documents via email and makes lawsuit threats like people change underwear. Instead, go find the John Cooley lawyer working as a cashier at Costco to represent you, the results will be better.

I recently in oct 2020 contacted Jim about some legal issues with my fathers estate he acted like he was all over it gonna handle it and low and behold never called back left me hanging till my deadline day. Don't think he is reliable and definitely doesn't care about you or your situation. I would definitely seek out another lawyer for your safety and to get things handled properly. obviously we dont matter to this lawyer. Do yourself a favor and run.
