I have used Jim as my personal and business attorney for over 20 years, He has assisted me with my personal estate including preparation of multiple trusts. Additionally he has assisted me with corporate structure and business consulting. I highly recommend him for great personal service.
I used Jim the first time concerning a contractor working on my house. He did an amazing job and he was able to help us get that contractor removed so we could hire a new contractor to fix and finish the job 15 years ago. I also use him for my business. He is currently drafting my husband and I a new will. He has handled business liens, reveiwing company documents, and can assist in keeping corporate books in order. He always provides reasonable, honest advise. No one wants to have to hire an attorney but Im glad we have someone we trust if we need help.
Hired Jim to set up a trust and create my last will and testament. He was very professional and was very helpful during the entire process. I will use him again in the future.
