Mr. McCarthy has been lead trial counsel representing individuals in personal injury cases for over 20 years. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a select group of attorneys from across the United States who have obtained verdicts in excess of One Million Dollars. Mr. McCarthy has won jury trials in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties. He has won jury verdicts in medical negligence cases in many different areas of medicine; including obstetrics, gynecology, emergency medicine, family practice, orthopedics, urology, and general surgery. Most notably, Mr. McCarthy obtained a $2.65 million dollar jury verdict* against medical doctors for failure to properly treat his client's condition.  In addition, Mr. McCarthy has obtained jury verdicts for his clients who have been injured by negligent drivers and who fell due to the property owner's negligence.
