Litigation and transactional attorney with over ten years experience in commercial litigation and various areas of law including evictions, real estate purchase and sales, criminal defense, bankruptcy, commercial collections, family law including divorce  and child support, probate, and estate planning. I have been to court over two thousand times, performed trials and have had great success on behalf of past clients. Have niche practice in construction law and litigation where I put my knowledge, skills, training and experience as a licensed architect and former high rise construction project manager to use for my construction industry clients. I have represented owners, sureties, general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers as well as consumers in all sorts of litigation resolving their problems through trial and post trial remedies if necessary.
