While the majority of Mr. Low’s practice is devoted to trial-level litigation in state and federal courts, he has considerable experience in the appellate courts as well.Mr. Low is involved in numerous bar association leadership activities including serving as the Secretary-Treasurerl for the State Bar of Michigan – Young Lawyers Section, serving as Chair of the Oakland County Bar Association – New Lawyer Committee, serving on the Steering Committee for the DRI Professional Responsibility Section, serving as Michigan's District Representative to the American Bar Association – Young Lawyers Division, and serving as a Barrister for the American Inns of Court. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation and Section of International Law, the Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.Mr. Low has published numerous articles on professional liability and technology for the Defense Research Institute, has lectured on professional liability issues for the State Bar of Michigan – Young Lawyers Section, and has lectured on privacy law for the Law Society of London in London, England.
