Wyoming doesn't follow UPCV& that's where my late brother's estate is being probated. Sadly, it didn't need to go through the Probate procedure because it's a small estate. Wyoming requires in-state executors and I had to hire an attorney. The attorney didn't give me any filing options and I'm facing attorney fees, filing fees, appraisal fees & losing most of the estate's value paying for these things. Mr Littleford confirmed what I learned too late -- that I could have filed on my own and not had any of these expenses except a filing fee! Too late now, I'm saddened to say.
We hired Jim as our attorney in the year 2000. He has helped us with setting up our corporation, dealing with issuance of stock certificates, and many other issues. He helped us set-up a buy/sell agreement. Jim has been very responsive to our needs.
Jimmy has been my attorney of choice since 1970. He has always come through for me
Jim handled the creation of the estate for my parents carefully and competently and probate for them after their deaths equally carefully and competently.
I cannot thank James and Bev Littlepage enough for all their help with processing the estate of my sister. They were very helpful, supportive and understanding of what I was going through.
I'm so grateful to James and Bev Littlepage. Needing a probate attorney and closing the estate of a loved one is a challenging process. The professionalism, knowledge, experience and support I experienced working with Littlepage was remarkable.
Mr. Littlepage gave me expert advice regarding probate at a time when it was critical to me. I am very thankful. I will definitely hire him in the future.
