Mr. Lea and staff were very in tune and compassionate during one of the most difficult times in my life. He fought for me and looked out for me and my kids future. He saw me at my worst and there were days I would just cry in his office - I was a basket case. Divorce is not easy and there are no winners but after hearing other stories from friends; I am most thankful that I found the right attorney and I know my future is not going to be so bad after all. If you want someone to fight for your rights call him. It is a small investment at the beginning but the payoff in the end is well worth it ten fold.

I hired hired him well in advance to my separation. He didn't do anything he said he could/would do. Seemed to be fighting against me instead of for me. I found out later that he had worked with my husband's family in the past. He said he would make my husband help pay for the place I was going to rent. When the court date finally came around, he wanted to continue it. He said since my husband was self employed, they could argue that he wasn't making any money and I would end up paying him because I was employed. So I rented place I couldn't afford and got nothing from my husband. When I told Mr. Lea I had to have some money because I was behind on all my bills, he told me to drop the restraining order I had against my husband. While I was living in the house, my husband blocked me from leaving the laundry room for at least 10 minutes. And he told me he was going to kill me in x number of days if I wasn't out. And he meant it. But the only way I could get any financial help from my husband was to drop the restraining order I had on him. I was literally crying in court when the judge asked me if I wanted to drop it.m. Then I said I wasn't going along with the property division until the house was sold. The attorney said that he would put it in the agreement that neither party can impede the sale of the home. He said that always works because I could take him to court for contempt if he doesn't. Well, here it is almost 10 years later and my ex is still in our house. I'm going to have to hire another attorney to get him out. And I can't afford another one. So I'm scewed! So, yes, he was a wonderful attorney, for my husband!
