James is an coroporate attorney at Foster LLP, one of the nation's largest immigration law firms.  He ovresses immigration matters for multi-national companies, universities, small-bussinesses and individuals and has extensive experience with non-immigrant visa processing (H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, L-1, TN), employment-based permanent residency (PERM, Scheule I, Group A), family-based permanent residency, consular processing, as well as naturalization and citizenship matters.  He regularly presents around the country on Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. James began speaking Spanish when was six years old and passed the College Advanced Placement Exam while in Jr. High School.  He made friends with migrant workers as he pruned trees and harvested fruit in the orchards near his home.  After living in Buenos Aires for two years, he graduated from Brigham Young University and received a law degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where he was  President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and a regular volunteer at the Hispanic Outreach and Legal Assistance Center and the Justice For Our Neighbors Clinic.  James writes music and plays several  instruments.
