In addition, James represents both creditors anddebtors in interim, permanent and construction financing secured byreal estate; commercial loans secured by accounts receivable,equipment, inventory, planes, vessels and other personal property; debtrestructuring, workouts and problem loans as well as multiple lendersyndications, participations, letters of credit and asset based lendingtransactions.
