My parents retained him in July of 2018 to sue Allstate Insurance over a claim and paid Mr. Kelly a retainer fee of $1000.00 up front and that is the last they have heard from him outside of a bill mailed to them for $760.88. He does not return phone calls or text messages, his assistant says he is always in court therefore he is screening all calls from unhappy clients. You never know what office he is working out of, Rochester Hills, Farmington Hills, or Novi nor does he have an office of his own, he meets with potiential clients in conference rooms of several different Law Firms. I would not reccomend James (Jim) Kelly to represent anyone with an insurance issue.
