Countless un-returned phone calls, many emails back and forth not replied to and promises made and not kept have made this the worst experience with an attorney's office I have ever encountered. Not only would I never recommend this office to anyone searching for an attorney, but I would tell you to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. The customer service is terrible.
