I have over 25 years of experience in administrative law and litigated and advocated cases in most forums incuding courts of common pleas, Commonwealth Court and the state Supreme Court. My specialties include professional licensing, wage payment, legistaltive proceess, regulations and construction codes. Most recently, I adjudicated Office of Open Record  appeals as an independent contractor, serve private clients, write legal blogs utilized by law firms acros the country and serve private clients.
