I went to Mr Haroutunian on the advice of my son, who hired him when he bought his first house. I made an appt and went to his office and he was very professiobal, fair, and just an all around good person. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family members.
I have read Attorney Haroutunian's legal advice column in the Lowell Sun Newspaper since 2005. He helped our family with my grandmother, parents and my own estate planning needs. We will use James for all future real estate and estate matters. His staff is friendly, smart and attentive.
James has been there for my family and me for over 4 years. We have continually peppered him with situations and questions, and he is always available. When my children have purhcased homes, and after the death of my husband, James was there to take every step by our side. He is a blessing for our family and I appreciate his legal advice very much.
James helped me through a very difficult time with a probate matter. He went over and above for my situation, making himself available by cell phone in the evenings and over the weekends - sometimes I took advantage :) James worked with me to overcome a ton of obstacles and approached every phase of my case with intelligence and attention to detail. I am forever grateful.
excellant for doing a will, asked if he could do guardianship for mentally challenged son and he said yes, started the process in june 09,said had to be done by end of july as court was changing to new documents.did my part and had everything that i needed to do done by the end of june.turned all the required documents to him. in august or sept not really sure,if informed me that we need to start all over as he did not beat the end of july deadline for the new required documents.says we have to start all over. had my son assessed and drs did there report and now because of his neglect to get to the court before deadline all this work was done for nothing. in jan 10 he called me into his office and said he was going to push the guardianship thru and that was his main focost as jan is a slow month.it it now the middle of april and nothing has been done.called and left numerous e-mails and phone messages and have had no response. a whole year done the drain, now i need to start over.my son is mentally challenged and his grandfather left him an ira, attorney james knew what the situation was and neglected me and my son.
