I had noticed my balance was never decreasing even though I paid. Mr Hagney'. Be careful because your case can be pushed off to an inexperienced Associate, while you pay $450.00 an hour for an experienced Attorney..Sorry but for that fee I want a knowledgable Attorney that communicates with their Client.

Absolutely heinous. Did nothing in 2 years but take $18,000. Then he quit--he just didn't tell me. He simply did not answer any calls or do any more work. It is not easy for them to fire you so he made me fire him. Left me with no choice. No conscience, no morals. Go somewhere else or do it yourself. I did better in 6 months on my own than I did in years with a lawyer.
