Well I had a case with him it settled in year I think himself and his staff need to be on it more they are all very mellow and laid back they kinda just sit around and wait for things to just solve themselves .they take forever to do everything u gotta call them and nag them all the time to get what u want .there lazy and not very dedicated to resolving clients issues I think there pathetic ...overall
