About
Mr. Galbraith graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2003, where he was an Associate Editor of the BYU Education and Law Journal. He received his B.A. in three years on a full ride academic scholarship and his J.D. on an academic scholarship. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2004 and has since concentrated on civil and commercial litigation, including personal injury, contracts, real estate and class action suits. Mr. Galbraith is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Arizona and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Institute for Justice and the American Institute for Justice. Having lived in Spain for two years and receiving his bachelor degree in Spanish literature, Mr. Galbraith is fluent in both English and Spanish and has represented many Spanish speaking clients.
