Above all, I would describe Mr. Fletcher as hard working, approachable, and super professional. The most memorable thing about Mr. Fletcher was how he and his team went above and beyond to make sure that what was a young college student who made a mistake; That he got to learn from it, and become better for it. Having never been in any kind of trouble in my life, getting a DWI was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Ironically enough, the DWI came from having a few too many on the anniversary of another really difficult event in my life. So for me, it was a double whammy. It was the lowest point in my life. I have never been so ashamed and so embarrassed. James was a life saver, literally. He was so nice, never judgemental at all. He sees people at their worst, every day.
