About
I have been practicing law since 1970, and have handled cases in every court from local small claims and traffic courts to the United States Supreme Court, and almost all courts in-between. I have won awards for my work from citizen groups such as the Mental Health Association of Wisconsin, and layers' organizations such as Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. I have represented hundreds of injured people and their families, primarily in personal injury, worker's compensation and civil rights cases. I have developed a practice of representing persons who have suffered mental injuries as a result of accidents, in the workplace, and while in the custody of government officials such as the police, and juvenile or adult penal institutions. My law firm, First, Albrecht and Blondis, s.c., was established in 1990, for the purpose of representing persons, not corporations, in all types of employment cases, as well as civil rights and injury cases. We get many of our clients on referral from other lawyers, which I believe speaks highly of the quality of our work. Please visit our website for more information.
