I feel that Mr. Ellison and his assistant have been very helpful in my case. When needed my questions are answered to my expectations. He is very good at keeping me up to date on my case.
I've been injured on the job. My case is still in litigation and it's been almost three years since this began. Thos had been a long process with recovery and litigation. Trying to get our lives back to normal isn't easy. I've known Jim from church and never thought much about needing his help. I couldn't imagine going through this with someone else. He's been a friend first and lawyer second.
I hired Mr. Ellison for a Work Comp attorney. Opposing counsel has been extremely difficult to deal with, needless to say, and I had already consulted with several counsel prior to choosing Mr. Ellison. He handled and is handling my case with the most dignity and when needed, stern-ness (if that is a word). He is caring and compassionate to me and my medical conditions, and communicates well with myself and practitioners, as well as opposing counsel when needed. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case to date. He has spent much time, energy and research to settle what needed to be done to date and we look forward to what needs to be done in the future.
Jim is a very experienced and competent attorney who helped me with my worker's compensation case.
