Although Mr James Carl Duncan does not handle the type of case I have, I wanted to take a minute to tell everyone how much he helped me. He took the time to not only return my phone call (even though he doesn't handle my case type) but more importantly he educated me on what to expect and what to have in order to be prepared for the possible up-comings. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding legal terminology so i could find a lawyer that better suits my needs.
